Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Saturday, July 27 ready to release 104 Palestinian prisoners as part of a resumption of direct peace negotiations, stopped for nearly three years.
"I gave my consent to the release of 104 Palestinians, staged once negotiations started, then they evolve," he wrote on his Facebook page. He gave no details on the identities of the prisoners could be released, nor confirmed the resumption of negotiations in Washington on Tuesday announced a Palestinian official.
